PM10 High Volume Air Sampler Housing Overview
The PM10-HV-ASS is a complete metal housing assembly for high volume air sampling applications, designed to collect ambient particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter of 10µm or less. The housing set includes the PM10 inlet, base cabinet, filter holder, and blower motor housing, manufactured from aluminum alloy and stainless steel using metal spinning and CNC machining processes.
Construction & Surface Treatment
Each component is precision-manufactured to ensure consistent fit and durability in outdoor environments. The housing features a high brushed or anodized surface finish, providing corrosion resistance for long-term outdoor deployment. Standard dimensions are 699 x 699 x 1600 mm, with a total assembly weight of approximately 38 KGS.
Easy Assembly
The PM10-HV-ASS is supplied as a complete set of housing components. Users only need to install their own electronic parts — such as the flow controller, motor, and sensors — into the pre-manufactured housing to complete the final equipment. This reduces integration time for OEM customers building their own branded air sampling systems.
